Every loaf comes from my dedicated gluten-free home kitchen, baked with the same care I bring to my own table. I’ve been baking exclusively gluten-free for a decade, since my daughter’s Celiac diagnosis in 2016. All ingredients are carefully sourced to be certified gluten-free or processed in gluten-free facilities.
