Hi, I’m Sara! Our gluten-free journey began in 2016, when my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease at two years old. What followed were years of learning to bake at home what we couldn’t find elsewhere, especially bread. Something so simple and essential shouldn’t mean missing out.

Over time, a desire grew to share our bread with others in the community who may feel the same way. Finding safe gluten free bread is hard enough, and finding one that’s truly delicious can feel just as challenging. I want to make it both easy and accessible.

I’m a mother, an artist, and a maker—working with my hands through drawing, sewing, photography and baking. Creating is how I care for the people around me.

My daughter’s name means poet. I am her baker, and I would be honored to be yours, too.
